Core Policy
Core
A core is any original product that has monetary value to AISW where a deposit must be paid at the time of purchase. This deposit is fully refundable if all procedures are followed correctly.
Core Return Procedure
Each product will be shipped with instructions on how to return that particular core. If the customer chooses not to return the core, there is no penalty, but the deposit will not be refunded. If there are ever any questions on this process, do not hesitate to call. If the instructions are not followed EXACTLY, the core deposit will not be refunded.
Core Return Policy
When returning a core it must be the exact product that was purchased by the customer including any and all additional accessories.
Ex. If a small block Chevy 350 with four bolt main is bought, the only product worthy of receiving credit will be another small block Chevy 350 with a four bolt main.
Furthermore, if that motor comes with two heads and an oil pan, the core must contain all additional features in order to receive any credit. Conversely, if the motor did not come with an oil pan, extra compensation will not be made for a motor returned with the oil pan. The deposit will be refunded either in whole or not at all. No partial credit will be offered for any case.
NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT MATCH THE MERCHANDISE SOLD EXACTLY. ALSO, NO ADDITIONAL CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR EXTRA MATERIALS RETURNED.
This applies to any product that requires the core deposit be paid at the time of purchase. Again if there are any questions do not hesitate to call for verification.
